FEMI BOLAJI

With over 35 years of distinguished expertise and leadership in the international arena, Ms. Femi Bolaji stands as a seasoned management, leadership, and human resource expert. Currently thriving as an international consultant, Femi’s career has unfolded across 65 countries, spanning every continent. Her former bosses include Heads of States and she has served in several advisory roles to governments and international organizations such as UN, USAID, African Development Bank, and Fortune 200 businesses.

Popularly called FB, Femi has worked very closely with former heads of states, and her network predominantly comprises women, whom she regards not just as colleagues but as friends, fellow travelers, mentees, and mentors. Her diverse array of relationships includes newly appointed up-and-comers to heads of global organizations. Renowned as a professional coach, Femi is frequently sought after to guide and advise global leaders in navigating the complexities of leadership and management.

FB embraces the moniker of an ‘apostle in the marketplace.’ While not a professional speaker, she finds herself often called upon to share insights on various aspects of life, including maintaining balance, integrity, authenticity, and competitive advantage. Femi addresses the challenge of ‘having it all’ while embodying both strength and grace, likening it to keeping one’s axe sharp while maintaining the gentleness of a dove and the wisdom of a serpent.

An advocate of openness and vulnerability, Femi encourages her audience to engage authentically, believing it to be the key to deriving valuable takeaways.
